Beauty and the Prince exit as the courtiers, and her family,  take their positions for the dance. Later, the curtains in the central alcove are drawn ceremoniously aside to reveal the Prince and Beauty regally crowned and cloaked. All dance the final, stately court dance, down to the footlights, as festive garlands descend. The courtiers bow to the royal couple as they kiss, to form the final tableau as the curtain slowly falls.
