This website makes available an archive of works by the late composer of vocal music, Frank DiGiacomo. You will find here downloadable PDFs of sheet music and MP3 sound files, as well as information on his compositions. Mr. DiGiacomo wrote in many styles, but expressed himself predominantly in the lyric tradition.

The MP3 sound files include live archival performances from the 1960s and 70s, when Mr. DiGiacomo was most active. While certainly not studio perfect, they present the work of talented and committed artists - singers, musicians and sound technicians, as well as the Composer himself, who was a very accomplished pianist and accompanist.

The MP3 files of piano or harp accompaniments only, are for rehearsal purposes, and were created electronically to help performers learn this music. There are some MP3 files using synthetic voice and accompaniment for works which have not as yet been performed live. They are included where needed to give an understanding of the complete composition.

All Mr. DiGiacomo’s works for traditional performance methods are listed on this domain site. However, pieces which have not, as yet, been prepared from his manuscripts and pieces for which the lyricist’s or poet’s permissions have not been, as yet, granted, will not appear when selected. As they become available, they will be made functional. Please check back with us for our latest updates.

The site is divided by subject as noted at the right.. Click on a subject for more information. We hope you enjoy this wonderful music. Be sure to visit the Electro DiGiacomo section of this website for those compositions by Mr. DiGiacomo which were made by electronic means on a Synclavier II Synthesizer, among other devices and technologies.
