Can I perform the music publicly?
Yes, under certain conditions. Permission for free public performance of individual pieces is given for most local venues and for educational or religious purposes. Permission for staged productions, commercial recordings, film, video, movies, internet and uses where admission is charged, must be obtained from the copyright holder and may include obtaining subsidiary permissions from lyrics copyright holders. No, there are no refunds or exchanges. Since every item offered for sale can be listen to for free to determine suitability of use before purchase, all sales are final, including but not limited to MP3 and PDF files. No refunds are available or implied for such purchases. The user agrees to use such downloaded files in accordance with US federal anti-piracy laws and will not resell or otherwise duplicate or disseminate such information in print or in electronic form to other parties. Is this music suitable for recitals, auditions or competitions?
Very much so. Although not as well known as some traditional pieces, all the solo vocal music on the website will be an asset in the presentation of a singer’s vocal skills.
